Below you will find the Mindfulness and Resilience Toolkit for Youth, a collection of valuable materials and activities that provide young people with clear and straightforward explanations of key ideas, practical advice and valuable guidance in this area. The toolkit is divided into four modules: mental health and wellbeing, mindfulness, resilience and relationships. Young people can use the toolkit on their own, but you can also use it with young people in formal, non-formal and informal learning settings.
